brown the hamburger and the onion

add the salsa and then the sour cream

in a 9 by 9 pan place some of the beef mixture on the bottom then cover with corn tortillas

repeat previous step until there is no more beef mixture

sprinkle cheese on the top layer and place in the oven for 20 minutes
