  • Glaze
  • 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspcornstarch
  • 1/4 cupbalsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce
  • Chicken
  • 2 lbskinless boneless chicken breast

Steps

1 hour 25 mins

    Preheat oven 400°

  2. 2

    Combine ingredients for glaze in a small sauce pan

  3. 3

    Heat and stir until mixture thickens

  4. 4

    Lay chicken in a baking dish and pour glaze over chicken

  5. 5

    Bake for 30 minutes

  6. 6

    Turn chicken, bake for an additional 30 minutes
