1. Cut up the chicken in small pieces, 2 - 3 inch pieces, bone and all. Just cut right through those bones with a sharp knife.

while it's on medium high get your potatoes and cut them up into cubes, put then in to the skillet and let them cook for about 15mins

after u season everything put Ur oil in a pan/skillet this is so the curry won't burn
