1OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)
1 packages(3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding
1 packages(3.9 oz.) JELL-O Cream Cheese Instant Pudding
2 cupmilk
8 ozCOOL WHIP Whipped Topping
3 ozBAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate

Melt BAKER'S chocolate.

Mix chocolate with condensed milk; pour into pie crust.

Sprinkle with nuts if wanted.

In medium bowl, beat pudding mixes and milk for two minutes; pour 1 1/2 into pie crust.

Mix half the COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spread over pudding layer in crust.
