2 tspcajon seasoning
1 tspfresh ground black pepper
1 tspground coriander

2slabs spare ribs
1applejuice for spraying
1bbq sauce for serving

combine all ingredients and rub all over ribs

oil the grate and place ribs bone side down over direct heat cover and cook 2 to 2 1-2 hour turn and spray with apple juice every 15 mins,
