Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4Chicken Breasts, boneless & skinless, cut into small cubes
  2. 2 packagesTaco Seasoning Mix
  3. 1 cupSalsa, mild, med, or hot which ever you like best
  4. 1 1/4 cupCheddar Cheese, shredded
  5. 1dollop of sour cream per serving

Steps

  1. 1

    Serves 4

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 350°

  3. 3

    Lightly grease a 9 ×13 baking dish

  4. 4

    Rub taco seasoning onto all cubes of chicken breasts

  5. 5

    Place seasoned chicken breasts in baking dish

  6. 6

    Pour salsa over all chicken

  7. 7

    Bake at 350° for 30 - 35 minutes or until jucies from chicken run clear

  8. 8

    Sprinkle cheese over chicken and bake for 4 - 7 minutes more

  9. 9

    Garnish with a dollop of Sour Cream

  10. 10

    enjoy
