Ingredients

  • This recipe is for use with a cookie press
  • 2 cup(4 sticks) Butter no salt, no substitutions
  • 3Eggs
  • 6 cupFlour
  • 1/4 cupHeavy Whipping Cream
  • 2 cupSugar
  • 2 tspBaking Powder
  • 1 tbspVanilla
  • 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-heat oven @ 400°

  2. 2

    In mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside

  3. 3

    In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar

  4. 4

    Add eggs one at a time. Best well after each addition

  5. 5

    Add cream, vanilla

  6. 6

    Add flour mixture. Mix well

  7. 7

    Using cookie press

  8. 8

    Press cookies into cookies sheet lined with parchment paper

  9. 9

    Space cookies about 1inch apart

  10. 10

    Bake @ 400° for 10 minutes - 13 minutes
