1 lbwild caught alaska salmon
1/2 smalllemon
1/4 cupbrown sugar
1crushed red pepper to taste
1/16 cupbourbon
1non stick spray/olive oil

preheat oven to 450°

in medium size bowl mix sugar and lemon juice
3

add Bourbon until mix turns into a spreadable like paste
4

place salmon on a baking pan that has a lip on it thats been coated with non stick spray or olive oil,then spread paste on salmon
5

put on middle shelf in oven for 20-25 minutes or fully cooked
6

serve and enjoy
