1 lbground pork
1 cupminced onion
1/2 cupcatsup
1/2 cupsaltine crackers (crumbled)

1/2 can(8oz.) tomato sauce
2 tbspworcestershire sauce
2 tspdried oregano
1 1/2 tspgarlic salt
1 tbspsalt
3/4 tspground black pepper
1/4 cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cupshredded cheddar cheese

preheat oven to 350°f

mix all ingredients in large bowl and pack it into loaf pan

add remaining tomato sauce with little catsup on top of loaf

bake for 1 hr and 15 minute or until center is firm.

There will be juices you can pour some out or I like to keep it and top it onto my meatloaf when done and on my plate :-)
