Place your pork in water enough to cover the pork. Boil it till the meat is well cooked.

Add cooking oil to the pork then add onion and stir well till the pork browned. Drain excess oil.

Add your tomatoes, salt and pepper and any seasoning you may have. After the ingredients are well cooked you are ready serve.
