I like coffee, and wanted to make a warming drink, so I came up with this. I don't like the film that forms on milk, but it didn't appear when I made this.Heating times vary depending on the microwave, so keep an eye on it and adjust as necessary. If you heat it too much, the milk will overflow. It's nice topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Recipe by Reonken

I love coffee. I drink it all the time, but, for those of us that can't afford a coffee machine this recipie is perfect for a simple, delicious latte :-)

The friends to gather at my house include those who love coffee, tea, or both! When I served this to my coffee loving friends, they said "It's just like being at a cafe!" and were so happy. I serve this sometimes with cinnamon sugar.If you add caramel sauce on top of the foamy milk you will have "caramel macchiato". You can make a picture on the foam using cinnamon or cocoa powder. You can use this recipe as the base and make a lot of variations.Real caffe latte is made with espresso, but I used a deeply roasted coffee bean type like French Roast. For about 2 cups worth.
