Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupsteak sauce
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 1 packagesonion & mushroom soup mix
  4. 2-4 pound roast (beef or venison)
  5. 1 mediumonion chopped
  6. 2 lbred skin potatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    chop potatoes into large pieces

  2. 2

    combine water, steak sauce and soup mix

  3. 3

    place potatoes and onions in bottom of crockpot

  4. 4

    put roast on top of veggies

  5. 5

    cover with liquid

  6. 6

    cook on low 8-9 hours
