Wheat flour potato stuffed samosas

Take wheat flour add kasuri methi leaves crushed-a pinch Now add salt as per taste and black pepper powder-a pinch Now add milk to knead a tight khasta dough.

Now smear some oil over it and keep it aside for some time. Now stuffing- Heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds,saunf, ajwain and saute them.

Now add turmeric powder-a pinch, black pepper powder, salt as per taste, coriander powder

Now add boiled potatoes and sprinkle some water and cook for 2minutes on SIM.

Now take a small ball from the wheat dough and roll it with rolling pin.

Now cut it in 4 pieces

Now take one piece and fold it into a cone.

Now fill the potato filling and close it and press it gently with hands.

Now deep dry them in oil.

Serv3 hot with tomato ketchup or any chutney of your choice.
