Lighter meatloaf
SO moist and yummy!
Steps

Preheat oven to 350

Mix skim milk and breadcrumbs in a separate bowl and set aside

Mix onion, ground beef, eggs, sage, salt, black pepper and onion powder in a bowl
- 4
Add breadcrumb mixture to beef mixture and mix until incorporated together. I mix meatloaf with my hands to make sure it is evenly mixed up.

Place mixture in loaf pan and put in the oven for 50-60 minutes until firm and juices run clear
- 6
Take out of oven and add ketchup to the top of the meatloaf and cook an additional 5-10 minutes

Take out of oven and let stand for about 10 minutes then slice and enjoy!
