I saw a fabulous steak sandwich recipe from youtube. The original one using skirt meat, and sun dried tomato mayonnaise, but since I have romaine lettuce left over and some tomatoes that urgently need to be cooked, and KFC chicken breast that bought by my hubby. So, voila!! I made some modifications on the recipe and using grilled tomatoes instead as the substitute, because I cannot find sun dried tomatoes in here. 😅Here is the link of original recipe from youtube:https://youtu.be/YYfJtRUKTzk
