Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspoil for frying
  2. 2 tbspfinely chopped onion
  3. 240 mlwater
  4. 1 tspinstant chicken boullion
  5. 230 gramspre-made Vickys Tomato-Free Tomato Sauce pasta sauce recipe from my profile vic20adamant
  6. 1/4 tspdried basil
  7. 1/4 tspdried thyme - start by adding 1/8th, that will probably be enough
  8. 1salt & fresh pepper to taste
  9. 1oat / hemp / coconut milk if desired

Cooking Instructions

    Using a saucepan, fry the onion off in the oil until translucent, then add in the herbs

    Boil the water and dissolve the boullion in it

  3. 3

    Simmer until heated through, season to taste and serve with a crusty roll

  5. 5

    To make a creamier soup, add some oat milk/cream as you serve. I added just 15ml to my finished soup
