Ingredients

  1. 1 CupWheat Flour
  2. 1/2 Cuppure of blanched Spinach
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 4 spoonGhee for Parantha
  5. half CupGrated cheese
  6. Ingredients for Poha making
  7. 1 CupPoha
  8. 1 lemon Lemon juice of
  9. half CupSteamed Corn
  10. 1Chopped Capsicum
  11. 1Chopped tomato
  12. 1Chopped Onion
  13. 1 spoonMustard Seeds
  14. 1/4 spoonTurmeric powder
  15. to tasteRed chilli powder
  16. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl, add wheat flour, salt, 2 spoon ghee, blanched Spinach pure, make a dough and keep aside.

    Soak Poha in running water, strain it and keep aside.

  3. 3

    Heat 2 spoon oil in a pan,add mustered seed when it's flattered, add all Chopped vegetables and Saute for five minute.

    Add all dry masale and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add soaked Poha,mix well, cook for 2 minutes, it's ready.

  6. 6

    Now take a small bol of dough and roll chapati stuffed with ready vegetables Poha and sprinkle on top grated cheese, joint the edges make bol and roll the Parantha.

    Heat a nonstick tave apply little ghee and roast Parantha on both the sides.

    Poha Parantha is ready, serve with curd or some Vegetables Rayta.
