1 boxLemon cake mix
1 boxLemon pudding
1Egg
1 1/2 cupCool Whip
2 cupConfectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Beat cake mix, pudding, egg, and whipped topping with mixer on medium speed, until well blended. Batter will be sticky.

Drop batter by spoonfuls into confectioners sugar and roll to coat.

Place cookies onto greased baking sheet,(coat with vegetable oil then coat with flour).

Bake for 8-10 minutes.
