preheat oven at 350°F combine the 8 ingredieat,and place on baking pan , and put on cooking spray on pan , make into heart shape . put on pan then put in oven 45 to 50 min.

while that's cooking combine the ketchup soy sauce ,pepper ,mushrooms, beef gravy, in pot and heat on low heat . until it is well blended and check the Salisbury steaks in oven .when done pour gravy on. mashed potatoes and steaks . make sure they are done enjoy
