  1. 2 cupsspeko rice
  2. 1/2 (1 tsp)turmeric
  3. sprinkle of masala seeds
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 500 mlwater

  1. 1

    Boil rice with turmeric for 10minutes then rinse it

  2. 2

    Boil again with salt for another 10minutes until is cooked

  3. 3

    After is cooked pour in a bowl and garnish with masala
