  • 2 cupsspeko rice
  • 1/2 (1 tsp)turmeric
  • sprinkle of masala seeds
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 500 mlwater

15-20 minites
  1. 1

    Boil rice with turmeric for 10minutes then rinse it

  2. 2

    Boil again with salt for another 10minutes until is cooked

  3. 3

    After is cooked pour in a bowl and garnish with masala
