  • 150 gmPaneer -
  • to tasteSalt -
  • to tasteChaat masala -
  • 1 table spoonHara dhaniya - finely chopped
  • as neededOil - sekne ke liye

Steps

  1. 1

    Mung dal ko 4- 5 ghante ke liye bhigo de fir pees le.

  2. 2

    Fir usme jeera or salt mix karein.

    Paneer ko small cubes me cut karein.

  4. 4

    Paneer or mater ko mix karein, usme salt, chaat masala, hara dhaniya mix karke stuffing ready karein.

    Garam nonstick the per 1 table spoon dal ka ghol failaye or usko dono side se achche se sek le.

    Chilke ke beech me stuffing rakhe, dono side se mode, uper toothpick lagade.

  7. 7

    Garama garam chilla tomato sauce ke saath serve karein.
