bring water to boil for the macaroni use instruction on box

in a pot pour whole milk and cream heat chop the cheese or shred it put cheese into hot pot of milk and cream stir. in a bowl put evaporated milk and cornstarch mix well get milk and cream simmering good add cornstarch solution into milk and cream stir well drain pasta pour into cheese solution mix well and enjoy
