Ingredients

1/2 cupButter
1 1/4 cupSugar
3Eggs
1/2 cupMilk
2 1/2 cupCake Flour
2 tspBaking Powder
1/4 tspSalt
2 1/4 cupFresh Peaches, Peeled and Chopped
2 cupFresh or Frozen Blueberries

In a Mixing bowl, cream butter, and sugar

Beat in eggs, one at a time

Beat in Milk
4

Combine Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt

Add to creamed mixture

Stir in Peaches and Blueberries

Bake at 350°F for 60 - 70 minutes pr until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean

Pour into greasrd and floure 10 inch fluted tube pan

Cool in Pan

Remove to a wire rack to cool completely

Dust with confectioners sugar if desired
