
Carmel-Pecan Cheesecake Bars

Preheat ovrn to 350°F

Lime 13 x 9 baking pan with foil, with ends extending over sides of pan.

Mix graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup pecans granulated sugar and butter

Press firmly onto bottom of pan

Bske 10 minutes

Blend cream cheese brown sugar and flour on medium speed until well blended

Add sour cream and vanilla

Add eggs 1 at a time mixind on low speed after each addition well blended

Place 36 of the carmels and 1 tablespoon of watet into a microwavable bowl

Microwavr on high 1 minute or until carmels are completly melted when stirred

Add to cream cheese batter

Stir until well blended

Pour over crust

Bake 40 minutes or until center in almost set

Sprinlle cheese cake with remaining a cup of pecans

Refrigerate at least 4 hours overnight

Place remaining carmels and additional 1 tablespoon of water in microwavable bow

Microwave on high 1 minute of until carmels are completly melted when stirred

Drizzle over cheese cake

Let stand until set

Remove dessert from pan using foil handles

Cut into 32 bars to serve

Store leftover bars in refrigerator
