I never measure so I don't know how much water to rice I use.

in a pot boil water, add 1 tblspn sesame oil and chopped onion add rice and cook rice on medium high heat until water starts to run dry, lower heat to medium low. Rice is cooked once grains open.

once rice is cooked, heat your wok on medium high heat, add 1 tblspn sesame oil and add sesame seeds constantly stirring for about 1 minute.

add rice and soy sauce lower heat to medium low and stir until all rice is blended well

note: you can add a slightly beaten egg if you care too, I omit the egg since I don't eat eggs.
