Spinach ko wash kar ke boil kar lo.

Ab bowl me spinach puree, wheat flour, gram flour and salt add kar ke dough bana lo.

Ab stuffing ke Liya, pan me oil and Jeera daal kar, onion, tomato, green chili, salt, red chili powder, panner coriander leaves daal kar 5 min ke Liya cook kar lo.

Ab non stick tawe par daal kar cook karo dono side se.

Cook hona ke baad upor tomato ketchup laga kar stuffing daal kar roll kar lo.

Ab massla curd ke Liya bowl me chopped tomato, chopped cucumber and salt daal kar mix kar lo. Upor se Mirch and Jeera powder sprinkle kar do.
