Pan garam karne rakhe gas par aur 1 tsp oil daale.

Oil ke baad hing daal kar mashed matar daale.

Ab mashed matar me jeera powder, chaat masala, saunf powder aur salt daale aur mix karein.

Ab paneer ko grate karein aur mashed matar me mix karein.

Ab atte ke small balls bana kar matar, paneer ki stuffing bhare aur kachori bana le.

Kadhai me oil garam karein aur slow gas me fry kar le.
