1grated carrot
1grated potato
1tomato finely chopped
1onion finely chopped
1-2green chilly
to tastesalt
as neededwater
1 pinchbaking soda
1pkt eno
as neededfresh coriander leaves
as neededoil

Eno aur oil ko chordkr sari ingrideints ko acche se mix kar le

Water dal kar thoda gada jhol bana le

Rest for ½ hour batter gada ho gaya ho to water add karein eno mix karein

Nonstick tawa ko garam karein

Oil drizzle kar batter ko tawa par spread karein

Turn kar dono side se cook karein
7

Ready hai carrot potato uttapam

Enjoy with sauce or chatni

Coriander leaves se decorate karein.
