Ingredients

  • 1 lbfresh strawberries
  • 8 ozcream cheese (softened)
  • 1 1/2 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    rinse strawberries and set aside

  2. 2

    in medium bowl, mix together cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth

  3. 3

    cut green off of strawberries

  4. 4

    cut strawberries in half length-wise

  5. 5

    use small paring knife to cut out center of strawberries

  6. 6

    add a tablespoon of cream cheese filling to each strawberry

  7. 7

    top with mini chocolate chips :-)
