as required boiled water
ice cube moulds
as required fruit of choice, see below.

Small berries such as blueberries and raspberries are great frozen whole. Other fruits such as strawberries, pineapple, grapes, apple, orange and lemon are great cut into cubes or wedges

Simply pop the fruit into the ice cube trays or moulds, top with the cooled boiled water and freeze until set

Boiling the water makes a crystal clear ice cube where water straight from the tap will usually give you a cloudy ice cube

Use accordingly to decorate party drinks ie use strawberries in a champagne cooler, blackcurrants go with apple juice or cider, oranges and lemons are great with lemonade and cola, raspberries go well with peach drinks like a schnapps, grapes are great in white wine. Use in smoothies or just in plain water!

Or freeze diluted concentrate so the ice cubes don't water down your drinks!
