Ingredients

  • 1/2green, red, yellow bell peppers
  • 1/2onion
  • 3 cantablespoons pasta sauce
  • 1salt and pepper, onion and garlic powder to taste
  • 1 lbground beef
  • 1 can4oz tomatoe paste
  • 1/2 cupmushrooms

Steps

  1. 1

    heat pan over medium heat coat bottom of pan with evoo

  2. 2

    add peppers saute until tender

  3. 3

    add onion to pan. saute until tender

  4. 4

    add mushrooms saute until tender

  5. 5

    add to pan tomatoe paste and pasta sauce. mix tother

  6. 6

    brown ground beef in different pan

  7. 7

    add cooked ground beef to veggie sauce mixture and stir

  8. 8

    serve sauce over pasta of choice
