meatballs
1 lbground pork
1 lblean ground beef
1egg
1/2 cuppanko bread crumbs
1 cupfinely shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cupminced onion
1 tspminced garlic
1 tbspitalian seasoning mix
1 tbspsalt, or to taste
1 tsppepper
1/4 cupmilk
coating
1 cupseasoned bread crumbs
1 cupGrated Parmesan cheese

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Mix all meatball ingredients together and roll into balls.

Roll balls into cheese first.

Then roll balls in breadcrumbs.

Cover loosely with foil then Bake for 30 minutes.

Uncover and bake another 10 minutes until lightly brown and crispy.

Stick in a toothpick for easy appetizers!

I didn't have a chance to take a pic, but I tried these with a bit of a twist to meet my cabinets ingredients... CAME OUT SO AWESOME!!! Big hit with my fam!!! Thank you so much for the idea! Great techniques! :ohyeaah
