season pork chop by sprinkling with seasoned salt, pepper, & garlic powder. Place in Ziploc bag and refrigerate for 1 hr.

while chops are marinating cut up celery, onion, & apple.

fry pork chops in heavy skillet on Med heat...... brown the outside of chops but IT SHOULD NOT BE DONE. Set aside..

pour out all the oil until there is some oil covering the bottom of the skillet... if u need more oil add butter.... saute onion, celery, & apple... only until onion is tender. pour this in mixing bowl with dressing mix. pour broth in stuffing mixture ..

mix stuffing according to direction on box PLUS 1/2 CUP EXTRA BROTH...

...add the 3/4 can of soup to the stuffing mixture.

in a bowl beat 2 eggs until they look scrambled. add to stuffing mix... mixture should look kinda soupy...

put mixture in baking dish and place pork chops on top of dressing....

cover tightly with aluminium foil and bake at 375° for 20 minutes...

uncover and let cook for 15 more minutes...
