Ingredients

  • 1 eachfresh cleaned crab
  • 1/2 clovegarlic, crushed
  • 4 quartsean water (or just add a generous handful of salt to regular water
  • 2 tbsppepper
  • 1 tbspold bay

Steps

  1. 1

    put everything in a large pot besides the crab and bring to a boil

  2. 2

    drop crab legs in

  3. 3

    boil for 3 minutes and put directly under cold water

  4. 4

    place on bed of ice (the faster you get it cold the easier it cracks)

  5. 5

    crack, remove meat, dip in butter or lemon or whatever you like and enjoy
