Ingredients

3 hours
4 servings
  • 4tilapia fillets
  • 1 tbspgarlic powder
  • 1/4 cupmayonnaise
  • 4 tbsplemon juice
  • 1/2 cupshredded cheese (I used Mexican blend)

Steps

  1. 1

    Take large piece of aluminum foil.

  2. 2

    Place 1 tilapia fillet on foil.

  3. 3

    Mix all ingredients and put 1/4 (total) of the mixture on both sides of the tilapia fillet.

  4. 4

    Seal the aluminum foil around the edges.

  5. 5

    Repeat this process with the remaining fillets.

  6. 6

    Stack all foil packets in the slow cooker on top of each other.

  7. 7

    Cook for 3 to 4 hours on low. fish should flake with a fork when cooking is complete

This was easy and had nice flavor. Cooked on grill in foils and turned out nice!
