  • MARINATE
  • 2 largedrum stick
  • 1 cuphoisin sauce
  • 6 smalldesseded red chili
  • garnish
  • 1 cupspring onion

  1. 1

    cut chicken to bite size then marinate in hoisin sauce e for 10 minute

    bake in oven at 200 C for 15 turnover for another 15 minute till cooked

    drain then serve on spring onion
