  2. 200 gramsSpiral pasta
  3. 120 gramsSkinless boneless chicken breast cubed
  4. 200 gramsFrozen artichoke hearts
  5. 1 mediumOnion diced
  6. 1Packet Sazon goya achiote seasoning
  7. 1Packet Knorr bechemel mix
  8. 1 literWater

    Pre cook pasta

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 200c degrees

  3. 3

    Sauté chicken, onions, chopped artichoke hearts seasoned with sazon packet in pan

  4. 4

    Mix bechemel mix with one liter cool water and bring to a boil stirring to avoid sticking or clumping.

  5. 5

    Mix bechemel sauce, chicken mixture, and pasta. Place in casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes.
