Ingredients

  • Stuffing
  • 1 packagesAny cornbread mix (jiffy=too sweet)
  • 1 boxChicken stock
  • 1Poultry seasoning (you will end up using a lot)
  • 1Salt & Pepper
  • Veggies
  • 1 1/2 mediumOnion chopped
  • 2stock Celery chopped
  • 1 1/2 tspGarlic chopped
  • 3 tbspButter

Steps

  1. 1

    Add butter, celery, garlic, and onion. Sauté until translucent not brown. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare cornbread as directed.

  3. 3

    Add veggie butter mix to mixed cornbread. Mix together.

    Cook as directed on cornbread box or until golden brown or a toothpick comes out clean. Set aside in cool. Fridge is fine.

  5. 5

    Once cooled crumble your cornbread into a mixing bowl.

  6. 6

    Start slowly adding in your chicken broth until it because semi soupy (too soupy? Cook for longer).

  7. 7

    Now it's time to add all your seasonings to taste.

  8. 8

    Pour your stuffing mix into a greased baking pan and cook at 325°F until toothpick comes out clean
