Ingredients

  • goulash
  • 2 lblean ground beef
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1 largeonion, diced
  • 2 mediumgreen peppers, diced. Remove seeds and veins
  • 3 largecloves of garlic, minced
  • 128 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tspworcestershire sauce
  • 1 cupshredded parmesan cheese

  1. 1

    In a large dutch oven, saute all the vegetables until tender.

  2. 2

    Add in chop meat and cook until meat is fully cooked. Add salt and pepper. Add in dashes of worcestershire sauce.

  3. 3

    Now add crushed tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

  5. 5

    Top each portion with shredded cheese.
