Ingredients

6 servings

goulash
2 lblean ground beef
2 tbspolive oil
1 largeonion, diced
2 mediumgreen peppers, diced. Remove seeds and veins
3 largecloves of garlic, minced
128 oz. can of crushed tomatoes
1salt and pepper to taste
1 tspworcestershire sauce
1 cupshredded parmesan cheese

In a large dutch oven, saute all the vegetables until tender.

Add in chop meat and cook until meat is fully cooked. Add salt and pepper. Add in dashes of worcestershire sauce.

Now add crushed tomatoes.

Simmer for 15-20 minutes.

Top each portion with shredded cheese.
