Ingredients

18 servings
  1. 2 cupcinnamon applesauce (plain is fine also)
  2. 2 cuppowdered cinnamon
  3. 1 tbspElmers glue(white craft glue)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

mix all ingredients together really well

  2. 2

roll out to 1/2" thick( this will shrink in half the thickens when dried) in between 2 pieces of plastic wrap

  3. 3

using cookie cutters, cut out shapes

  4. 4

take a straw and make a hole for the string to hang by

  5. 5

bake at 200°F for 2hrs then air dry the rest of way, if you paint them , it hides the cinnamon smell, which is the whole reason for these

  6. 6

tie a ribbon through the whole

  7. 7

if you want add a lil bit if glitter to them,

  8. 8

makes about 18 using normal size cutters

  9. 9

Please do not eat these, decoration only

We do a lot of fundraising for the veterans homes in our area and other programs while we ride our bikes, thats part of what our group is all about, I have a couple auto immune diseases that can slow me down quite a bit, I have Lupus and Sclerderma to name some of what I suffer, but I keep going and will not stop I know I just have to, I have been married for 37 wonderful years to a great man, have 2 great boys and adore all my grandkids
