Roasted brussel sprouts and potatoes

  1. 2sweet peppers
  2. 1 cupbrussel sprouts
  3. 1russet potatoes
  4. 4 tbspolive oil
  5. 1/2 tspsalt
  6. 2 pinchItalian seasoning
  7. 2 pinchonion powder

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F

    In a bowl mix

  3. 3

    Make sure before you add the potatoes they are chopped. Also make sure the peppers are too

  4. 4

    Make sure everything is throughly mixed than place evenly on a baking sheet

  5. 5

    It takes 40 minutes for it to cook through. Or until the potatoes are golden brown and cooked
