  1. 3large potatoes
  2. 150 mloil

Steps

  1. 1

    Juliane the potatoes and cut to 1/2 cm thickness

  2. 2

    On a pan heat some oil, when hot rinse the potatoes in clean water

  3. 3

    Dry on a clean towel and dip them in the shallow oil

  4. 4

    Turn after every 10 mins till its cooked
