  1. Main Ingredients
  2. 4Skinned Boneless Chicken Breast
  3. 225 gramsBroccoli Florets
  4. Sauce
  5. 50 gramsSalad Cream
  6. 1 tspcurry powder
  7. 300 ml Chicken and Leek soup or Chicken soup
  8. 10 mlSkimmed Milk

  1. 1

    Cook Broccoli in boiling water until tender. If using frozen broccoli there is no need to boil.

  2. 2

    Place chicken breast and broccoli in a shallow oven period dish.

  3. 3

    Pour the soup over the chicken and brocolli.

  4. 4

    In a small bowl combine together Salad Cream, Curry and Milk. And pour over the chicken and brocoli coating them well

  5. 5

    Bake at 190°C/ 375°F for about 55 -60 min.
