slice zucchini. beat eggs set aside smash rits crackers mix spices with ritz crumbs and any desired spice I add some onion powder sometimes dip sliced zucchini in eggs then in ritz cracker mix heat skillet and spray with non stick spray or use butter cook till both sides are crispy and enjoy! !
