Ingredients

4 largepotatoes sliced,with or without skin.
1 cartonof cream or about 3 to 400ml
2 cloveGarlic
1 cupGrated tasty cheese
1Salt and pepper to taste
1/2Onion finely sliced(optional)
2 sliceof bacon(optional)

Steps

Wash and peel potatoes and slice into oven proof dish.Add bacon and onion finely chopped,

Sprinkle cheese over and pour on cream to desired amount,season with salt and pepper.

Bake in a moderate oven,180c or 350f,bit less for fan forced ovens.Cook until potatoes are tender and browned on top.
