Ingredients

  1. 1 boxBow tie pasta
  2. 2 tbspOil
  3. 1 lbSausage
  4. 4 cloveGarlic
  5. 1/4 tspRed pepper
  6. 1Broccoli
  7. 1 cupChicken broth
  8. 2 tbspButter
  9. 1Parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook pasta according to package directions

  2. 2

    Meanwhile heat oil and brown sausage

  3. 3

    Add garlic and pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

  4. 4

    Add broccoli and butter. Bring to boil and cook until half of broth is gone

  5. 5

    Add pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan
