Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lblean ground chicken or turkey
  2. 1 1/4 cuppanko bread crumbs
  3. 1 cupFrank's red hot sauce, divided
  4. 1egg
  5. 1/4 cupbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    preheat oven to 425 and spray cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. 2

    mix chicken, panko, egg, and 1/3 cup hot sauce. form mixture into 40 1-1/2"meatballs and place on cookie sheet. bake 20 minutes or until done.

  3. 3

    meanwhile, heat remaining 2/3 cup hot sauce and butter and stir until mixed.

  4. 4

    toss meatballs in sauce and serve.

these are great! next time I'll add crumbled blue cheese, finely diced celery and use it to stuff peppers
