Ingredients

  1. To marinate meat
  2. 12 ozboneless pork chops / sliced thin
  3. 2 tbspcanola oil
  4. 2 tspgrated fresh ginger
  5. 1whole crushed clove of garlic
  6. 1place these ingrdients in a bowl and marinate for 30 minutes
  7. Next step
  8. 1You will need 1 14.2 ounce package of udon noodles
  9. 6 ozof broccoli slaw. / found in produce sections of most grocers
  10. 1 tsphoney
  11. 1 tspsesame oil
  12. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  13. 1 tsppowdered ginger
  14. 2heaping tablespoons hoison sauce
  15. 1 tbspwater

Steps

45 mins
  1. 1

    Discard marinade and place just sliced pork into large, hot saute pan with alittle oil

  2. 2

    saute until meat is no longer pink

  3. 3

    add broccoli slaw and saute for 4 minutes

  4. 4

    add udon noodles and rest of ingredients

  5. 5

    stir well to incorporate all the ingredients

  6. 6

    saute another few minutes

  7. 7

    note* you want to keep alittle crispness to the vegies

  8. 8

    serve hot with soy sauce on the side if you like

  9. 9

    ENJOY
