Ingredients

  • 2 cupSmall Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 cupGrated Chedder or Colby Jack Cheese
  • 2 tbspGrated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/3 cupMilk
  • 1/4 cupButter
  • 1 tbspOlive Oil
  • 1Salt and Pepper

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Add olive oil to 4 Cups water and bring to a boil.

  2. 2

    Add macaroni to boiling water. Stir. Boil 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Drain water off of macaroni and rinse with hot water. Return macaroni to pot.

  4. 4

    Stir in butter, milk, and cheeses.

  5. 5

    Salt and Pepper after tasting because some cheese and butter is salted.
