Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsboneless chicken
  2. 5 clovegarlic
  3. 1 piece(inch) ginger cut into 3-4 pieces
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1freshly crushed black pepper

  1. 1

    Add chicken to half litre water in a pressure cooker.Add salt,garlic cloves and ginger pieces to it

  2. 2

    Cook till chicken is soft

  3. 3

    Now remove the garlic cloves and ginger pieces from the waterand preserve the water.

  4. 4

    Crush the chicken and add back to the water.Add freshly crushed pepper
